Services — Technical Support
We provide on-site training for all of our services. We don't leave the rig until our client is satisfied that all of the NES equipment is working properly. We provide "around the clock" 24/7 support. Assistance is only a phone call away. Our trained Field Service Technicians are usually on site within 4 hours of a phone call. Additionally all of our SWD and MWD systems are monitored remotely by trained Field Technicians at our tech support center in Houston via our dedicated secure website. If there is a problem we want to know about it and solve it before it becomes an issue for our clients. We can provide dedicated well-site personnel for our clients if required.
